This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_AUTH_SYSTEM_ERRORS_RATIO

The number of authentication failures caused by system errors (due to low memory conditions or otherwise) per thousand messages that need authentication.

Causes

This server may be experiencing problems when using Windows Authentication subsystem.

Resolutions

Check that this server can reach its domain controller.
