Causes

A queue alias, or URL, is being used multiple times in the Message Queuing mapping file or files.

Resolutions

Eliminate duplicate mappings in the Message Queuing mapping files.

To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.
