You have attempted to issue a manual CHECKPOINT statement but do not have the permissions to do so. CHECKPOINT permissions default to members of the sysadmin fixed server role and the db_owner and db_backupoperator fixed database roles, and are not transferable.
If you no longer need to issue a manual checkpoint, no action is necessary. If you still need to issue a manual checkpoint, log in with an account that is a member of the sysadmin fixed server role, or the db_owner or db_backupoperator fixed database role, and reissue the manual CHECKPOINT statement.
For more information, see "CHECKPOINT" in Books Online.
