Para reduzir a chance de problemas de permissão, sempre use o Enterprise Manager para alterar a conta usada para iniciar o serviço SQL Server. Quando a conta é alterada por meio do Enterprise Manager, todas as permissões apropriadas são automaticamente concedidas à conta de inicialização do SQL Server
Verifique se o arquivo Schema.txt localizado na pasta config da instância do SQL Server tem informações de cabeçalho indicando que trata-se de um arquivo de esquema do SQL Server
