요약

CREATE DATABASE 문을 실행할 때 model 데이터베이스가 사용 중일 경우 model 데이터베이스에 대해 잠금을 설정할 수 없음을 알리는 이 오류가 나타날 수 있습니다. 새 데이터베이스가 model 데이터베이스에서 복사되기 때문에 model 데이터베이스는 작동 상태에 있어서는 안 됩니다.

해결 방법

이 오류에서 언급하는 데이터베이스에서 모든 트랜잭션을 커밋하거나 롤백하고 해당 데이터베이스를 사용 중인 연결을 모두 닫으십시오.
