Collects the Windows "SQL Compilations Per Second" performance counter for each instance of SQL 2008 DB Engine.
Number of SQL compilations per second. Indicates the number of times the compile code path is entered. Includes compiles caused by statement-level recompilations in SQL Server. When SQL Server user activity becomes stable, this value reaches a steady state.
