SQL Server Service Broker transmitter stopped due to an error or a lack of memory.

Causes

This error is recorded in the Windows application log as MSSQLSERVER event ID 28073. The Windows application log identifies the message transmitter and the number of seconds between when the error was logged and when transmission will resume.
