Компонент SQL Server Service Broker попытается использовать алгоритм шифрования, указанный при создании или изменении конечной точки. Алгоритм шифрования AES поддерживается только на Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2003 или более поздних версиях.

Причины

Алгоритм шифрования AES определен для конечной точки, созданной в Windows 2000 или операционной системе более ранней версии. Эта ошибка регистрируется в журнале приложений Windows как событие MSSQLSERVER с идентификатором 28060.

Решения

Обновите данный компьютер до поддерживаемой операционной системы.
