El archivo Msxml2.dll no está en el equipo en el que está instalado SQL Server, o bien no se pudo cargar desde el directorio de sistema durante el procesamiento de una característica XML como sp_xml_preparedocument. Si el archivo existe, puede que no esté bien registrado o que una de sus dependencias no exista.
Si ha instalado MSDE SP3a en un equipo que no dispone de una versión anterior de MSDE instalada, puede que el archivo Msxml2.dll no se haya instalado. Para obtener más información, consulte el artículo de Microsoft Knowledge Base 823490. Si dispone de otra edición de SQL Server, puede que el archivo se haya quitado mediante la desinstalación de un programa, o bien que se haya eliminado o anulado su registro manualmente.
Busque el archivo Msxml2.dll en el equipo con SQL Server. Si no lo encuentra, descargue e instale Msxml2.msi a través del artículo de Microsoft Knowledge Base 823490 Si el archivo existe, compruebe que se ha registrado correctamente.
