Summary

The rule collects the Windows "Transactions created/sec" performance counter for SQL 2014 DB Engine XTP engine transactions.

The XTP Transactions performance object contains counters related to XTP engine transactions in SQL Server.

Transactions created/sec - The number of transactions created in the system (on average), per second.
