To install the .NET Framework version 2.0 from the SQL Server 2014 media, locate the root of the CD/DVD drive, double-click the redist folder, double-click the 2.0 folder, and run dotnetfx.exe (for 32 bit) or dotnetfx64.exe (for 64 bit), depending on the operating system you have.
