概要

SQL Server がインストールされているコンピューターに Msxml2.dll ファイルがないか、sp_xml_preparedocument などの XML 機能の処理中にシステム ディレクトリから Msxml2.dll ファイルを読み込めませんでした。ファイルが存在する場合は、適切に登録されていないか、またはその従属関係の 1 つが存在しない可能性があります。

以前のバージョンの MSDE がインストールされていないコンピューターに MSDE SP3a をインストールした場合、Msxml2.dll ファイルがインストールされていない可能性があります。別のエディションの SQL Server がある場合は、ファイルがプログラムのアンインストールによって削除されたか、手動で削除または登録解除された可能性があります。

解決方法

SQL Server のコンピューターで Msxml2.dll を探します。ファイルが存在する場合は、適切に登録されていることを確認します。
