This monitor checks the health state of the SQL Server DB Engine.
This monitor checks if connection to the SQL Server DB Engine is properly established by executing a query on the master database.
There are network problems.
There is a lack of permissions to monitor SQL Server.
Check that the network connection is stable and works properly.
Make sure that all the necessary SQL Server monitoring privileges are obtained.
