Collects ROWS data filegroup free space in percentage terms.

Summary

The amount of space left in all files for this ROWS data filegroup in percentage terms. Also, includes space left on media hosting a file with autogrowth enabled. Note that when the ROWS data filegroup has no files, the rule returns 0% value.
