SQL Server Service Broker message transmitter detected an error.
The Windows application log contains the event describing the detected error. The error is registered in the Windows application log as MSSQLSERVER event ID 28072. The event also includes an information about transmitter’s state and when the transmition will be resumed.
Identify the error specified in the application log and resolve the underlying problem.
