This monitor checks the health state of the SQL Server DB Engine.
This monitor checks if connection to the SQL Server DB Engine is properly established by executing a query on the master database.
There are network problems.
Not enough permissions to monitor SQL Server.
Check that the network connection is stable and works properly.
Make sure that all the necessary SQL Server monitoring privileges are granted.
