The configuration service can not receive any configuration changes from the database in this state.
This monitor detects that the Management Configuration service has continuing problems connecting to the Service Manager database over a period of time.
This is usually caused by some problem with network connectivity or by a database integrity problem.
The default configuration is to generate a critical state when the Management Configuration service could not completely verify connectivity to the database or receive any configuration change in the last 30 minutes.
Check connectivity from the Management Server to the Service Manager Database server. Note that you need to monitor the ongoing network connectivity since intermittent network problems may hide the problem.
If state remains critical and Health Services in your Operations Manager infrastructure are not getting updated Management Packs or configuration, contact Customer Support Services (CSS) with the name of this rule and information from the context of the state change event.
