Hälsotjänsten blockerade åtkomsten till de specificerade Windows-autentiseringsuppgifterna (som används i ett RunAs-konto) eftersom de inte har behörighet för den här hälsotjänsten i den här hanteringsgruppen.

Grönt tillstånd: Övergår i grönt tillstånd om hälsotjänsten har godkänt att alla konfigurerade RunAs-konton kan köras (händelse 7025) eller om anslutningshanteraren kan startas för hanteringsgruppen (händelse 2002)

Den lokala administratören för den aktuella datorn som hälsotjänsten körs på kan ha kört HSLockdown-verktyget som nekar åtkomst till de här Windows-autentiseringsuppgifterna (eller bara ger åtkomst till vissa Windows-autentiseringsuppgifter).
Problemet kan lösas med följande steg, samla annars in data innan du söker hjälp från Microsofts produktsupport:
Kör HSLockdown-verktyget för att ändra vilka autentiseringsuppgifter som har behörighet på den aktuella datorn
Samla alla 7### händelser, spara händelseloggen för Service Manager (kallas Operations Manager) på hanteringsservern och ring Microsofts produktsupport. Under samtalet nämner du de senaste 7### händelserna och eventuella felkoder (t.ex. händelse 7022) i händelsen och frågar om händelseloggen för Service Manager behövs.
