概要

指定された実行アカウントにヘルス サービスがログオンできませんでした。このため、ヘルス サービスはこの実行アカウントを使用してアクションを監視したり実行したりできません。

以下は、このモニターの既定の構成をまとめたものです。

原因

赤色の状態は、エージェントで次の問題が発生していることを意味する場合があります。

指定された実行アカウントにヘルス サービスがログオンできませんでした。このため、ヘルス サービスはこの実行アカウントを使用してアクションを監視したり実行したりできません。

解決方法

以下の手順を実行して、問題を解決してください。解決できない場合は、以下の手順を実行して情報を収集し、マイクロソフト製品サポート サービスにお問い合わせください。

実行アカウントに入力したパスワードが正しくない可能性があります。次の手順でパスワードを再入力してください。

オペレーション コンソールを開きます。

[管理] 領域に進みます。

左側のウィンドウで、[実行アカウント] ノードを選択します。

指定された実行アカウントを見つけて、プロパティを開きます。

[アカウント] タブを選択して、正しいパスワードを再入力します。
