在你尝试访问授权管理器中存储的授权规则时，使用授权存储的 AzMan API 将返回 ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED 错误。例如，在授权管理器对象上调用 UpdateCache 或 Submit 方法时，可能会返回此错误。授权管理器和 SQL Server 数据库之间的连接断开时，现有的 API 将连续失败。但在建立新连接后，下一个 AzMan API 调用将成功。
