Az adatelérési szolgáltatás nem inicializálható, mert az 5724-es port használatban van. Az adatelérési szolgáltatásnak azért kell hozzáférnie az 5724-es porthoz, mert a konzolok és a Service Manager más szolgáltatásai azon a porton át kommunikálnak az adatelérési szolgáltatással. Ha az adatelérési szolgáltatás nem fut, a felhasználók nem fogják tudni használni a Service Manager-konzolt. A többi felügyeleti rendszerhez tartozó csatlakozók sem fognak működni.
