Data Access Service - Port Availability

Microsoft.ServiceManager.SDKService.PortAvailability (UnitMonitor)

Monitors the port availability of the Data Access service.

Summary

The Data Access service is unable to initialize because port 5724 is in use. The Data Access service must be able to use port 5724 as this is the port used by the consoles as well as other Service Manager features communicate with the Data Access service. When the Data Access service is not running, users will not be able to use the Service Manager console. Any connectors to other management systems will not work as well.
