This monitor and alert indicates that the Health Service has downloaded a new action account with an invalid type. Below is a summary of the default configuration of this monitor:
Red state : Transition to red state if the Health Service receives a new action account with an invalid type (7010)
Green state : Transition to green state if the Health Service processed all security configurations successfully (7023).

The Health Service has downloaded new configuration for a management group that contains a new action account. However, the account is not of type 'Action Account' or 'Windows Credential'. The new action account has been ignored by the Health Service as it would significantly impact monitoring.
