Een monitor waarmee de SQL Broker-status wordt gecontroleerd voor de Operations Manager-functionaliteit.
Een waarschuwing van deze monitor en een kritieke status geven aan dat SQL Broker onjuist is geconfigureerd voor de Service Manager-database. Zie de sectie Oplossingen voor informatie over het oplossen van dit probleem.
Een gebruiker heeft mogelijk SQL Broker uitgeschakeld voor de Service Manager-database of er is een fout gemaakt in de configuratie.
Voer onderstaande stappen uit om dit probleem te verhelpen:
Stop de volgende services op de beheerserver: OMSDK, OMCFG, HealthService
Open SQL-studio
Maak verbinding met de server die als host fungeert voor de Service Manager-database
Maak een nieuwe query
Typ: ALTER DATABASE Service Manager SET ENABLE_BROKER
Voer deze query uit
Als de query is uitgevoerd, wordt de waarde 0 geretourneerd
Start de volgende services op de hoofdbeheerserver op: OMSDK, OMCFG, HealthService
Wacht totdat de monitor opnieuw wordt uitgevoerd of forceer dat de monitor de berekening opnieuw uitvoert
Er zou weer een groene status moeten worden weergegeven en de waarschuwing zou automatisch moeten worden opgelost.
