Excel Calculation Services Localized Template File Not Found

Microsoft.SharePoint.Server.2010.Excel_Calculation_Services_Localized_Template_File_Not_Found (Rule)

This Rule collects data when the localized template file that is used to create new workbooks by Excel Services Application was not found. The server may be creating new workbooks using a template file of a different locale. This means that uses may be seeing the wrong language displayed when creating workbooks using Excel Services Application.
