Règle d'alerte si un nom principal de service (SPN) du compte exécutant le service d'accès aux données System Center n'est pas enregistré.
L'enregistrement du nom principal de service (SPN) pour le « service d'accès aux données System Center » a peut-être échoué. Le « service d'accès aux données System Center » doit enregistrer des noms principaux de service pour la console Opérateur et autres clients SDK pour l'authentification à l'aide du protocole Kerberos.
Dans la plupart des cas, il s'agit du manque d'autorisations du service d'« accès aux données System Center » pour effectuer l'enregistrement du nom principal de service dans Active Directory.
Vérifiez les enregistrements de nom principal de service existantes en exécutant la commande suivante :
Setspn.exe -L <MS NetBIOS Name>
Si les noms principaux de service sont correctement enregistrés, vous devez voir s'afficher les résultats suivants :
MSOMSdkSvc/<MS NetBIOS Name>
MSOMSdkSvc/<MS FQDN>
Si les noms principaux de service ne sont pas enregistrés correctement, enregistrez-les manuellement en utilisant les commandes suivantes, à l'aide d'un compte disposant de droits d'administrateur de domaine :
Setspn.exe -A MSOMSdkSvc/<MS NetBIOS Name> <MS NetBIOS Name>
