"MOMADAdmin.exe" hasn't been run in the domain for which the rule is being configured.

Summary

This alert indicates that an AD Integration agent assignment rule failed to complete successfully because an important prerequisite is missing. Agents will not find out which server they should report to until this problem is resolved.

Causes

The Operations Manager container or the container named after your management group does not exist in the domain. The container holds the Operations Manager service connection points and associated security group to be created by the agent assignment rule.
