Oorzaken

De management packs zijn beschadigd of onjuist.

Oplossingen

Dit is normaal als dit de eerste keer is dat de agent is aangemeld. Wacht in dit geval enkele minuten. In het andere geval verwijdert u de map Status van Health-service onder %Program Files%\System Center Operations Manager\ voor de betreffende agent en start u de health-service opnieuw om het downloaden van de meest recente management packs af te dwingen.
