Resumo

O servidor de gerenciamento não reconheceu que os alertas do Advisor foram recebidos devido a um erro com a comunicação de serviço. Quando os alertas não são confirmados, o portal do Advisor pode não refletir as atualizações feitas aos alertas do console do Operations Manager.
