Analyse si le serveur d'administration détecte qu'une autre installation « poussée» d'agent est en cours d'exécution.
Le service du programme d'installation de l'agent existe déjà.
Ce service est installé pour lancer et analyser l'installation de l'agent sur l'ordinateur cible. Si ce service existe déjà, il est possible qu'une installation soit déjà en cours ou que le service soit devenu orphelin durant l'échec d'une installation ou la désinstallation de l'agent.
Vérifiez qu'aucune autre installation n'est en attente sur l'ordinateur cible. Si vous estimez que le service est devenu orphelin en raison de l'échec d'une installation, supprimez le service. Vous pouvez utiliser le programme sc.exe disponible sur WinXPSP2, Windows 2003 SP1 Server ou dans le kit de ressources Windows.
