Analyse si le nom d'utilisateur fourni ne correspond pas au nom NetBIOS de l'ordinateur.
Le nom fourni par l'utilisateur dans l'Assistant Détection ne correspond pas au nom d'ordinateur NetBIOS qui a été vérifié sur l'ordinateur distant.
Ceci peut se produire lorsque :
Il existe une entrée DNS périmée.
Le cache NetBIOS du serveur d'administration qui a tenté d'installer l'ordinateur distant est endommagé ou obsolète.
1. Effectuez les opérations suivantes sur le serveur d'administration auquel l'interface utilisateur est connectée :
Ouvrez une invite de commandes à partir du menu « Démarrer », sélectionnez « Exécuter », tapez « cmd.exe », puis cliquez sur OK ou appuyez sur la touche Entrée.
Tapez « ipconfig /flushdns », puis appuyez sur Entrée.
Tapez « ipconfig /registerdns », puis appuyez sur Entrée.
Tapez « nbtstat -RR », puis appuyez sur Entrée. Remarque : RR doit être en majuscules.
2. Installez l'agent via l'Assistant Détection.
