概要

管理サーバーはレジストリを排他的にロックできませんでした。

原因

これは、別の管理サーバーがエージェントをインストールしようとしているか、ウイルス対策ソフトウェアまたはその他のスパイウェア検出ソフトウェアがスキャン機能か検疫機能のためにレジストリをロックした場合に発生することがあります。

解決策

エージェントのリモート インストールを試行している管理サーバーが 1 つであることを確認します。 エージェントをリモート インストールしているサーバーが 1 つのみである場合は、ウイルス対策ソフトウェアまたはスパイウェア検出ソフトウェアの除外設定に MOMAgentInstaller.exe を一時的に追加し、インストール処理の間はプロセスを除外します。
