Collect .NET CSM Apps/Requests/sec performance counter

Summary

This rule collects data from the .NET CSM Apps/Requests/sec performance counter for applications.

The counter reflects the number of client-side monitoring requests received by an application. This counter is incremented when the request reaches the CSM Collector monitoring endpoint.

This counter is available only when client-side application performance monitoring is enabled.
