原因

Operations Manager 能够处理相同版本中所包括的 Microsoft Monitoring Agent 版本中的 APM 事件。如果较新版本的代理向较旧的管理服务器提交 APM 事件，则此服务器可能不会处理此类事件，然后将放弃这些事件。

解决方法

你必须将管理服务器和 Web 控制台升级到与管理组中的所有代理都兼容的版本，以查看从所有代理中接收的 APM 事件。
