Esta regla genera alertas cuando Supervisión de excepciones sin agente (AEM) recibe una respuesta de grupo de errores del sistema no válida en este servidor de administración.
Al comunicarse con el servicio de análisis de bloqueos en línea de Microsoft, AEM ha recibido una respuesta no válida.
Cuando se ha transmitido el archivo CAB de un grupo de errores del sistema al servicio de análisis de bloqueos en línea (OCA) de Microsoft, no se ha comprendido la respuesta del servicio. Esto puede suceder si el servicio OCA ha cambiado el protocolo, que ahora no es compatible con AEM.
La alerta es una alerta de advertencia para avisar de que la respuesta a un informe de grupo de errores del sistema no era válida. Si esto se produce con frecuencia, póngase en contacto con support.microsoft.com o con oca.microsoft.com con la información del error.
