此监视器检测管理配置服务从操作数据库读取时是否出现问题。它指明管理配置服务的确有权限访问操作数据库，但是无法计算哪些对象需要更新的配置，因为发现数据出现淹没情形，对象经过多次更新/删除。

配置

默认配置为检测数据库在最近 30 分钟内是否未处于稳定状态。

原因

如果同时来自所有 System Center 管理运行状况服务的发现数据出现淹没情形，并且数据库仍在忙于更新每个 System Center 管理运行状况服务发现的对象，则可能出现这种情况。

解决方法

检查数据库服务器的运行状况，确保其正处于最佳性能条件下。如果数据库服务器的性能降级或未适当地设置大小，则这可能是各个收集管理服务器不断地插入发现数据，管理配置服务无法计算哪些对象需要更新的配置的原因。

另一个问题可能是 System Center 管理运行状况服务插入的发现数据太多。如果第一次发现这些对象，则在发现所有内容之前，此情形可能是正常的。
