구성

기본 구성은 관리 구성 서비스가 60분 이내에 구성 요청에 응답할 수 없을 때 위험 상태를 생성하는 것입니다.

원인

이 문제는 Operations Manager 관리 그룹 인프라를 구성하는 서버와 서비스가 올바른 크기가 아니고 시스템이 모든 에이전트의 요구에 맞게 확장될 수 없을 때 발생할 수 있습니다.

해결 방법

모니터링해야 하는 에이전트 및 개체 수에 대해 지원되는 구성 내에 있으면 해당 모니터 이름과 상태 변경 이벤트 정보로 CSS(고객 지원 서비스)에 문의하세요
