This monitor checks the state of the Management Configuration service Windows service.
The Management Configuration service is not running.
When the Management Configuration service is not running, no new configuration will be set to any of the System Center Management Health Services. Check the Operations Manager and System event logs to determine why the Management Configuration service has entered a stopped state.
Restart the System Center Management Configuration service on the Root Management Server.
