Agent nedostupný – chyba komunikace agenta

Souhrn

Toto monitorování ukazuje, že jeden nebo více agentů nemůže komunikovat se serverem DPM. Tato výstraha je konsolidována a generována pro server DPM, ke kterému chráněný server náleží.

Příčiny

Chcete-li identifikovat výstrahy, které ovlivňují stav tohoto chráněného serveru, vyberte chráněný server a poté klikněte na Zobrazit výstrahy.

Řešení

1. Vyberte chráněný server a klikněte na Zobrazit výstrahy.

2. V okně Zobrazit výstrahy klikněte na výstrahu, u níž chcete zobrazit podrobnosti, obsahující také popis a příčinu výstrahy.

3. Postupujte podle kroků uvedených v části Kroky řešení nebo Doporučená akce, pokud jsou tyto podrobnosti k dispozici.
