DPM: Unable to configure protection for file system (3170)

Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataProtectionManager.2011.Discovery.UnableToConfigureProtectionForFS (UnitMonitor)

DPM could not start a recovery, consistency check, or initial replica creation job for the data source because the configure protection job failed.
