Windows Update エージェントは、Essentials サーバーに接続することができなかった原因が、自動的に検出されたプロキシサーバーかどうかを確認します。

概要

プロキシ構成に問題があるために、Windows Update は Essentials サーバーと通信できません。

原因

ネットワーク上のプロキシサーバーは自動的に Windows Update エージェントに使用されます。プロキシサーバーは、Essentials サーバーへの FQDN トラフィックを許可するように構成されていません。

解決方法

プロキシサーバーにルールまたは構成を追加し、Essential サーバーの FQDN に宛てられたトラフィックのルーティングを Essentials サーバーに内部で戻します。
