在尝试运行时，一个或多个警报通知订阅遇到了错误。 未正确传递个别或全部通知。

原因

当使用为订阅选择的警报条件筛选操作数据库中的警报时，可能返回错误。 操作数据库出错，因此可能导致向报表服务器发送了错误信息。 通知子系统的状态可能已损坏，它无法读取或写入该通知的状态。 由于通知运行时中出错，通知子系统无法生成通知消息。

解决方法

由于可用性问题，通知子系统无法生成通知消息。 这可能是由多种原因中的一种引起的。
