Toto monitorování a výstraha indikují, že služba System Center Management Health zpracovává starší události pro určitý protokol událostí déle, než se očekává.

Dole je shrnutí výchozí konfigurace tohoto monitorování:

Stav s varováním: Přechod do varovného stavu, pokud Operations Manager po 10 minutách pořád zpracovává nevyřízené události. To znamená, že Operations Manager zpracoval událost 25017 (začal zpracovávat nevyřízené události), avšak nepropracoval se k aktuálnímu záznamu (indikováno událostí 25018).
Kritický stav: Přechod z varovného do kritického stavu, pokud Operations Manager po 20 minutách pořád zpracovává nevyřízené události. To znamená, že mimo uplynulých 10 minut, po které služba System Center Management Health již zpracovávala nevyřízené události, uplynulo dalších 10 minut, tj. celkem 20 minut po události Event 25017.

Příčiny

Jak stav s varováním, tak kritický stav mohou u agenta indikovat následující:

Počítač, na kterém se tato událost objevila, zaznamenává stovky až tisíce událostí za minutu, které pro účely monitorování musí být všechny zpracovány.
Počítač tak může mít nedostatek dostupných zdrojů (např. paměti).
Služba System Center Management Health byla na delší dobu zastavena a musí nyní zpracovat všechny události od poslední úspěšně zpracované.

Řešení

Pro zjištění hlavní příčiny problému můžete provést následující kontroly:

1. Na počítači, kde se tato výstraha nebo stav monitorování objevily, otevřete prohlížeč událostí.

2. Zkontrolujte, zda se zde neobjevuje nějaká aplikace nebo zdroj událostí, které by do protokolu událostí mohly zaznamenávat mnoho událostí za minutu.

3. Jestliže zde není jasný náznak aplikace, která by mohla zaznamenávat tyto události, zkontrolujte na tomto počítači využití prostředků. Pokud se zde nachází aplikace, která spotřebovává velké množství paměti nebo výkonu procesoru, pomocí vlastníka aplikace nebo administrátora zkontrolujte, zda je toto chování očekávané.

4. Jestliže vám nevadí, že přijdete o monitorování stávajících událostí, můžete protokol událostí vymazat.

Poznámka: Vymazání protokolu událostí ve chvíli, kdy služba System Center Management Health pořád zpracovává nevyřízené události, způsobí ztrátu monitorování.
