Resumen

Este monitor y esta alerta indican que el servicio de mantenimiento de administración de System Center ha estado procesando eventos antiguos para un registro de eventos determinado durante más tiempo del esperado.

A continuación, hay un resumen de la configuración predeterminada de este monitor:

Estado de advertencia: transición al estado de advertencia si Operations Manager sigue procesando eventos acumulados después de 10 minutos. Esto significa que Operations Manager ha procesado el evento 25017 (inicio del procesamiento de eventos acumulados), pero no ha alcanzado el registro actual (indicado por el evento 25018).
Estado crítico: transición del estado de advertencia al estado crítico si, después de 20 minutos, Operations Manager sigue procesando eventos acumulados. Esto significa que, además de los 10 minutos que el servicio de mantenimiento de administración de System Center lleva procesando eventos acumulados, han transcurrido 10 minutos más (en total, 20 minutos desde que se procesó el evento 25017).

Causas

Tanto el estado de advertencia como el estado crítico puede indicar que en el agente está pasando lo siguiente:

El equipo donde se ha originado este evento está registrando cientos de miles de eventos por minuto que es necesario procesar para la supervisión.
El equipo puede tener pocos recursos disponibles (por ejemplo, memoria).
El servicio de mantenimiento de administración de System Center se ha detenido durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado y debe procesar todos los eventos a partir del último que procesó correctamente.

Resoluciones

Se puede realizar las siguientes comprobaciones para determinar adicionalmente la causa raíz del problema:

1. Abra el visor de eventos en el equipo donde se ha originado este estado de alerta o monitor.

2. Compruebe si hay una aplicación u origen de evento que parezca registrar muchos eventos por minuto en el registro de eventos.

3. Si no hay una indicación clara de la aplicación que podría estar registrando estos eventos, compruebe el uso de recursos en este equipo. Si hay una aplicación que consuma una gran cantidad de memoria o de CPU, compruebe con el propietario de la aplicación o con el administrador si este comportamiento es el esperado.

4. Si no considera preocupante la pérdida de supervisión de los eventos existentes, puede borrar el registro de eventos.

Nota: si se borra el registro de eventos cuando el servicio de mantenimiento de administración de System Center todavía está procesando eventos acumulados, se originará una pérdida de supervisión.
