There was an error returned from the Event Log API. The rule or monitor workflow is unable to read from this event log.
There may be a problem with the event log service on the target computer where this rule or monitor is running.
This is typically an unknown error code that is being returned which we are not able to provide a precise cause.
Look through the Application and System Event Log if you are able to. If you are able to view these event logs, look for any errors related to the Event Log service.
If there are problems, please contact Customer Support Services with this information.
