Causes

Le service de contrôle d'intégrité de l'administration System Center n'a pas pu se connecter au compte d'identification spécifié car il n'a pas été autorisé à se connecter localement.

Solutions

Grant the 'Log On Locally' right to the specified run as Account using either Group Policy or Local Computer Policy (under Computer Configuration -> Security Settings -> User Rights Assignment).
