The Alert list cache was empty when an Ack was received from the remote system.

Use SQL Server Management Studio to check the SCInteropd database.
Check the Configuration table Name field to see if the Connector exists.
Bring up and rerun the Configure command for the Connector from the Start System Center Operations Manager 2007 Connectors menu.
