This aspect contains the VPN block list availability objects that you can monitor in the Enrollment Administration Service. These health monitors include the following detector.

Green Health State

Event ID 2250: ENROLLMENT_ADMIN_VPN_BLOCKLIST_AVAILABLE - Enrollment Administration Web site can get VPN block list.

Yellow Health State

Event ID 2251: ENROLLMENT_ADMIN_VPN_BLOCKLIST_UNAVAILABLE - Enrollment Administration Web site cannot get VPN block list.

You can verify VPN Block-List availability for the MDM Enrollment Administration Service by checking for the following event:

Task	Event numbers confirming success
ENROLLMENT_ADMIN_VPN_BLOCKLIST_AVAILABLE	2250

This issue occurs if the Enrollment Administration Web site cannot retrieve the VPN block list.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Check network connectivity between MDM Enrollment Server and MDM Gateway Server.
Use IIS Manager to make sure that the Enrollment Administration Web site is started and functioning properly.
