これは RFC 1407 で定義されています。

解決方法

以下は、基本的なトラブルシューティング手順です。

デバイスのケーブル配線を確認します。

デバイスのベンダー固有のハードウェア テストを実行し、デバイスのハードウェアが正しく機能しているかを判断します。

回路のベンダーに連絡し、使用している回路の確認を依頼します。

モニターのしきい値を高くします。これによって、アプリケーションを現在の環境に合わせて "チューニング" することができます。ただし、重要なイベントが検出されなくなる可能性があるため、しきい値はあまり高く設定しないように注意してください。
