Depois de rever o erro no contexto, verifique:
Se o PowerShell está instalado corretamente no computador.
Que o computador não está sobrecarregado.
Verifique o Gestor de Tarefas para ver se existe memória livre suficiente.
Verifique o Gestor de Tarefas para ver se existem quaisquer processos a consumir todas as CPU.
